    Position Summary: As the Vice President of Fashion Division at BPM-PR Firm, you will occupy a pivotal role within our organization, reporting directly to the CEO. Your mandate will encompass the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies tailored to meet our clients' objectives. You will lead a team of seasoned PR professionals, manage multiple team hubs, collaborate closely with our sales team to bolster business development efforts, and liaise directly with Human Resources on strategic staffing initiatives. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to ensuring monthly adherence to media placement and outreach standards, client reporting, internal staff oversight, and active involvement in crafting press releases, pitch letters, and innovative media strategies. Your expertise will also be pivotal in orchestrating, managing, and attending events, while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within our teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with client objectives to elevate brand reputation.

    Client Management: Serve as the primary client liaison, offering strategic counsel and fostering robust relationships. Work directly with accounting to ensure that all client accounts stay up to date for renewals, timely billing, additional service additions, and more.

    Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a diverse team of PR professionals across multiple hubs, driving performance excellence.

    Hub Management: Oversee and synchronize activities across various team hubs to ensure synergy and optimal resource allocation.

    Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team, providing PR insights and support to fuel business development endeavors.

    Media Relations: Spearhead media relations strategies, cultivating key journalist relationships and orchestrating impactful outreach.

    Media Standards: Uphold monthly media placement and outreach standards to ensure quality and impactful coverage for clients.

    Crisis Management: Lead crisis communication efforts, safeguarding and managing client reputations during challenging times.

    Content Strategy: Drive the creation of compelling content across diverse platforms to engage audiences effectively.

    Writing and Pitching: Craft compelling press releases, pitch letters, and innovative media strategies to drive client success.

    Event Planning and Management: Strategize, execute, and attend events to maximize PR opportunities and client engagement.

    Team Motivation: Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, motivating teams to achieve collective goals.

    Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge PR campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to clients and senior management.

    Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive client reports, offering insights into campaign performance and media placements.

    Internal Reporting: Review internal performance reports, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving continuous improvement.

    Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, positioning BPM-PR Firm as a leader in the PR landscape.

    Human Resources Collaboration: Collaborate with HR to prescreen candidates, ensuring new hires uphold our firm's standards and values.

    Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO on PR activities, campaign performance, and team progress.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

    Minimum of 7 years of PR experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR strategies and campaigns.

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in managing dispersed teams.

    Proficiency in crisis communication and reputation management.

    Robust network of media contacts and industry influencers.

    Demonstrated business development acumen and client relationship management skills.

    Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth.

    Proficiency in writing press releases, pitch letters, and developing innovative media strategies.

    Track record of planning, managing, and attending successful events.

    Ability to motivate teams effectively and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
