    This role is for Premium Service Brand's sister company Extraordinary Brands. A boutique fitness franchisor. Franchising experience in the Boutique Fitness industry required.

    Position Details:

    Our VP of Franchise Development position for franchise growth will be the primary liaison and advocate of our brands with our team, franchise candidates, and broker networks. A perfect candidate will possess skills in business acumen, relationship management and ability to influence others. An engaging and passionate personality that will help individuals navigate important life-decisions that will impact them financially and personally in their communities they will serve and be devoted to. In addition, it is imperative that a candidate have organizational and communication skills to be successful in managing a high volume of leads and people from all backgrounds and experiences.

    What you’ll do:

    Generate new leads by way of prospecting and fostering positive franchise broker relationships

    Manage the entire sales process from lead through sale, including the franchisee experience in providing exceptional customer experience, professionalism and care

    Lead franchise candidates as they progress through the qualification and validation process ensuring engaging, thoughtful and positive experiences throughout their engagement with PSB

    Maintain accurate records in the CRM system on candidate profiles, history, conversations and additional data relevant to the sales process

    Interface with members of the Executive Team and related departments to assure approved franchisees complete the sales and development process and open successfully and in a timely manner

    Ability to analyze and understand complex contracts and other development-related documents (including franchise agreements, financing documents, letters of intent, purchase agreements, leases, etc.)

    Build and maintain broker relationships and keep them motivated to recommend your primary brand by preparing launch presentations, regular update meetings, attending broker conferences and in-person broker meetings

    Assist with other brands or projects as necessary to support the EB network

    Develop and maintain reports for leadership to keep the organization informed of leads and sales funnel for projection planning

    What we’re are looking for:

    3-5 years business development experience; proven track record of achieving results, KPIs and exceeding goals within Franchising

    Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills

    Expert ability building relationships and influencing people from diverse demographic backgrounds

    Experience working with CRMs and the Google Suite of products

    Can easily build rapport and establish relationships

    Enthusiastic, optimistic, and a team player

    Ability to work with contracts and push deals over the finish line

    Goes over, under, around, and through obstacles to achieve success

    Travel

    Up to 25% to conferences/conventions; corporate office visits in Charlottesville, VA; others locations as needed
