    Overview: We’re seeking a results-driven Franchise Director to lead our growing franchise expansion efforts. This role is key to awarding 2–3 new franchises per month and driving revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and execute the franchise development strategy

    Oversee the Franchise Development Manager and Lead Qualifier

    Manage the full franchise sales process from lead to close

    Ensure consistent pipeline of qualified candidates

    Collaborate with executive leadership to hit growth targets

    Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in franchise development

    Experience with technology and CRM systems

    Strong leadership and communication skills

    Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

    Ability to manage a team and scale systems

    Compensation:

    $6,000/month base

    Quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance

    Opportunity to earn $150,000+ annually based on results
