    Position Overview The Vice President of Franchise Operations leads the franchise network's operations, ensuring company standards, goals, and growth plans are achieved. This includes franchisee support, operations management, technology integration, and supply chain oversight to ensure success across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Franchisee Success

    Support franchisees to improve performance and profitability.

    Set benchmarks, track KPIs, and provide coaching as needed.

    1. Onboarding

    Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth franchise launches.

    Lead training programs to help new franchisees adopt systems and achieve goals.

    1. Operations Management

    Align operations with company goals and ensure consistent standards.

    Train and mentor franchise support teams.

    1. Technology

    Implement and manage tools like the Adaptive Fit app to enhance operations.

    Ensure all franchisees fully use company technology.

    1. Supply Chain

    Build strong relationships with suppliers for quality and cost savings.

    Oversee inventory and vendor management.

    1. Client Growth

    Help franchisees acquire at least five new clients monthly.

    Improve client retention with strategies to maintain satisfaction.

    1. Financial Oversight

    Work with accounting to manage cash flow and optimize costs.

    Develop projections and ensure financial stability.

    1. Leadership

    Build a strong, collaborative team culture.

    Lead by example to drive performance and growth.

    Experience

    4+ years in franchise operations or a similar leadership role.

    Proven track record in team management, onboarding, and operational improvement.

    Experience with financial oversight and technology adoption.

    Skills

    Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Proficient in using digital tools and managing franchise systems.
