    Job Description

    This role will lead the strategic direction and execution of all organizational marketing initiatives. This includes developing and incorporating comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced marketing technologies, and significantly impact our firm's growth trajectory.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Lead the marketing team in creating and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including media relations, digital strategies, and communication initiatives.
    • Enhance Moneta's brand image, drive brand awareness, and promote the firm through targeted communications and marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure that marketing and communication efforts align with the firm's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
    • Develop a national market presence strategy to expand into new markets and attract new clients and professionals.
    • Develop and execute on the strategies to highlight Moneta's unique value proposition, including exceptional client experiences, professional expertise, cultural values, leadership, independent ownership, comprehensive service offerings, practice management, strategic planning capabilities, and appeal to successful RIA firms desiring independence.
    • Oversee branding and communication initiatives, from strategy development and creative conception to copywriting and execution of both internal and external campaigns.
    • Manage and produce a consistent flow of social media and website content that showcases the firm’s projects, people, culture, and community impact.
    • Stay informed on industry news and trends to identify promotional opportunities and inspire the firm's ongoing work.
    • Manage the marketing department's budget and financial resources efficiently.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field; Master’s level preferred
    • 8+ years related experience
    • Director-level leadership experience in a professional environment, including experience presenting to and collaborating with Partner-level executives
    • Proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, client experience enrichment, analytics, and data-led marketing
    • Demonstrated experience developing and leading a high-performing team
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and analytics platforms
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
