We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing & eCommerce to lead this next phase of growth. This individual will take full ownership of our customer acquisition, digital strategy, website design and performance, and creative execution , ensuring that we maximize revenue potential while maintaining brand integrity.

Role Overview: Lead Digital Growth & Brand Execution
As VP of Marketing & eCommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital growth strategy that optimizes customer acquisition, maximizes online revenue, and strengthens brand positioning. This role requires a data-driven leader with expertise in performance marketing, website optimization, creative production, and high-ticket eCommerce sales. You will manage a multi-million-dollar marketing department budget , oversee both in-house teams and external agencies, and ensure that our digital presence aligns with business objectives. This is not just necessarily a 40-hour per week job; there is significant opportunity to pursue, and significant development of our marketing capability required. You will have full autonomy for your department and your performance will be judged based on how well you steward it and drive profitable revenue growth
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth – Own the full digital customer acquisition funnel, including paid media, SEO, email/SMS, and conversion optimization.
Website & eCommerce Optimization – Drive site design, A/B testing, UX/UI improvements, and checkout experience enhancements to increase conversion rates and AOV.
Brand & Creative Direction – Define the company's visual identity, messaging, and content strategy , ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence.
Creative Production Oversight – Lead photo shoots, video production, and asset development to support advertising and organic content initiatives.
Performance & Data Analysis – Monitor CAC, **** conversion rate,, ROAS, and other key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
Team & Vendor Management – Optimize and expand a high-performing marketing team , while managing relationships with agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce leadership , ideally within high-ticket consumer goods.
Expertise in scaling paid media budgets, optimizing conversion funnels, and executing brand storytelling.
Deep understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Deep knowledge of organic growth strategies (SEO, content, social etc.).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners effectively.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting and marketing attribution.
Website overhaul and conversion rate optimization experience.
Top-notch recruitment, leadership, and team-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach – Able to define and execute long-term marketing strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to solve problems, optimize campaigns, and ensure flawless execution.
A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset – Comfortable in a fast-moving environment, willing to step in wherever needed, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.
