    The Vice President of Operations for Facility Services will oversee all operational aspects of facility management for our client. The role demands strategic leadership and operational expertise to ensure service delivery aligns with the client’s high standards and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Leadership: Direct the day-to-day operations of facility services, aligning them with strategic business goals.
    • Team Management: Lead a diverse team of facility managers and operational staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Client Relations: Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to consistently maintain high service standards.
    • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and health and safety standards.
    • Innovation and Strategy: Spearheaded innovation in service delivery and operational efficiencies as part of ongoing strategic planning.
    • Vendor Management: Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure the best terms and quality of services and products.
    • Crisis Management: Coordinate and manage responses to emergencies, ensuring robust and efficient issue resolution.

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operational strategies effectively.
    • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing large teams and fostering managerial talent.
    • Extensive background in facility management or a closely related field, with comprehensive knowledge of industry practices.
    • Experience in managing budgets and resources to meet organizational goals.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a capacity to manage multiple challenges.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
    • TFamiliarity with current facility management technologies and software.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
