    • Create a seamless, supportive experience for employees enrolled in the programs, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources necessary to succeed in their nursing career transition.

    Operational Excellence & Program Development

    • Oversee the operations of the entire employee upskilling process, from enrollment through career placement, ensuring that each step is tailored to the specific needs of hospital employees transitioning into nursing roles.
    • Develop and implement best practices and innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency, enhance program delivery, and ensure positive outcomes for both employees and healthcare clients.
    • Continuously assess and improve the student experience, with an emphasis on providing personalized support throughout the learner’s journey, from program entry to graduation and career placement.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across admissions, enrollment, student services, and career services, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Build and implement training programs to ensure staff members are equipped to deliver exceptional service to healthcare employees and partners.
    • Promote internal leadership development and ensure there is a strong succession plan for key operational positions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration
