We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and grow our Little Rock, AR location. You will oversee all operational aspects, driving excellence in performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities as a Vice President of Operations:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of both location staff and independent contractor drivers, focusing on recruitment, retention, and performance.
- Ensure seamless communication between the location staff and support teams, streamlining operations and enhancing service quality.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet management to ensure the fleet is always ready to meet demand.
- Implement and manage safety and training programs to meet company policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure the service consistently exceeds expectations.
- Perform operational audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly, taking proactive action to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
- Develop action plans and strategies to meet financial, safety, and operational objectives.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistency across all areas.
- Foster positive labor relations and employee engagement, promoting a productive work environment.
- Provide insights to support contract renewals, business expansion, and long-term strategic planning.
- Manage the location’s annual budget and financial targets, ensuring the location meets its financial goals.
Qualifications as a Vice President of Operations:
- 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with significant leadership roles, including P&L responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams, driving high engagement and performance.
- Proven track record of success in operational leadership roles, achieving business objectives and driving continuous improvement.
