Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in human resources or people strategy roles, with expertise in overseeing multiple HR functions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing people-focused strategies that drive business results.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and best practices in employee relations, benefits, and total rewards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to inform decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.
- Healthcare experience required
