A growing workforce management (WFM) SaaS provider is seeking a proactive Vice President of Professional Services to drive client satisfaction and lead efficient implementations for enterprise clients. This strategic leader will oversee a geographically distributed team, deliver scalable service models, and build strong relationships with customers, focusing on enterprise-level workforce management solutions. Success in this role means driving high-impact service outcomes, maintaining customer engagement, and creating repeatable processes to optimize value and growth. Position is full-time, direct hire, and fully remote, up to 10% travel for client on-site visits.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Enterprise SaaS or Professional Services leadership, specifically in service operations for large-scale clients
- Proven experience with operational processes, revenue forecasting, and service metrics (CSAT, NPS)
- Strong data analytics and reporting abilities for driving decisions and performance improvements
- Ability to travel monthly and build trusted client relationships
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in HCM, payroll systems, or large enterprise implementations
- Background in managing complex SaaS implementations across multiple sites
- Familiarity with large-scale ERP or compliance-driven implementations in manufacturing or oil & gas sectors
