The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for spearheading revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing key customer relationships within the HVAC industry. As a senior executive, this leader will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives designed to drive business expansion, maximize profitability, and strengthen the company’s competitive position.
This role requires overseeing and managing a national sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while fostering a high-performance sales culture. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Leadership:

Business Development & Customer Management:

Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning:

Operational & Financial Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in sales leadership roles within the HVAC industry or a closely related sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, developing new business, and leading high-performing teams.
