    An industry-leading manufacturer is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales transformation and growth across multiple sales channels, including direct sales, distributor partnerships, and e-commerce. This pivotal role involves shaping and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy, inspiring high-performing teams, and enhancing market presence in a fast-paced and innovative industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Leadership & Strategy

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and drive market growth across direct sales, distributor networks, and online channels.

    • Mentor and manage both internal and external sales teams to optimize performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

    • Use data-driven insights to refine sales processes, track market penetration, and identify new opportunities.

    Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

    • Oversee marketing initiatives, including brand positioning, product marketing, and digital marketing strategies, to enhance brand recognition and reach.

    • Drive online sales growth through the eCommerce platform and lead marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

    • Leverage customer and market data to continuously improve marketing ROI and expand the brand's market presence.

    Distribution Channel Management

    • Build and maintain strong distributor relationships to promote product offerings effectively and increase sales coverage.

    • Develop and implement strategies to expand distribution networks and grow sales in new regions.

    • Implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability.

    Operational Efficiency & Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Align sales, distribution, and marketing efforts for a cohesive market approach and seamless operations.

    • Collaborate with product development, operations, and finance teams to ensure sales strategies are well-integrated with business objectives.

    • Contribute to business planning and actively participate in strategic discussions to drive company growth.

    Customer Focus & Industry Insight

    • Deeply understand customer needs and market trends to ensure products and sales approaches are competitive and customer-focused.

    • Enhance customer relationship management (CRM) practices to improve retention and satisfaction across all sales channels.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

    • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing, industrial tools, and B2B environments.

    • Proven experience managing multi-channel sales, including direct, distributor, and online sales.

    • Experience with business operating systems (e.g., EOS - Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus.

    • Willingness to travel as required to support teams and clients.
