    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through proactive engagement and outreach.
    • Lead the recruitment, training, and mentoring of staff and independent contractor drivers to ensure a seamless hiring and retention process.
    • Promote clear communication and collaboration between location staff and support teams.
    • Oversee the vehicle maintenance program, ensuring fleet readiness and uninterrupted service.
    • Manage safety and training programs to ensure compliance with company, contract, and regulatory standards.
    • Regularly engage with clients to ensure service levels exceed expectations.
    • Conduct audits of department performance and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Analyze key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to drive decision-making and efficiency.
    • Monitor location performance, address challenges, and implement action plans to meet financial, safety, and operational objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Participate in labor and employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support contract renewals and decision-making.
    • Develop and manage the location’s annual budget.

    Required Experience & Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years of Operations Management experience, with proven leadership and P&L responsibility.
