Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at ROOM Properties. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining property-related data, customer information, and other critical records to support various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter property listings, client information, transaction records, and other relevant data into our database and management systems.
- Data Maintenance: Review and update data regularly to ensure it is current, complete, and error-free.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital records, including lease agreements, contracts, and customer communications.
- Database Updates: Assist in the creation and modification of data entry templates, ensuring proper categorization and formatting.
- Reporting: Generate and prepare regular reports on property status, client inquiries, and other business metrics as requested by management.
- Quality Control: Perform periodic audits and data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all entries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth data flow and efficient handling of information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a related role (real estate experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and comfortable using data management software (CRM systems or property management software experience is a plus).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
