Located across from Fred Hutch on Eastlake Blvd, The Victor Tavern Eastlake serves lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch in our spacious dining room or outdoor patio. We prepare delicious food which is the highlight of the exceptional dining experiences ESR is known for. Current WA State Food Handler Card
Be highly motivated by creating great food and making people happy
Have excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of basic cooking methods
Demonstrate strong communication skills

To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
