Thriving financial firm looking for Appointment Setters. Experience in customer service, appointment setting, telemarketing, sales or lead generation preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS - Perfect Candidates must possess:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
-Ability to work in groups and independently with effective time management
-Experience meeting and exceeding sales target
-Must be driven, competitive and creative
-Ability to meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas
-Familiar and comfortable with virtual calendars, crm, marketing supports
(websites, social media,google)
-No criminal records
-Ability to pass state required exams
-Eligible to work in the US
RESPONSIBILITIES-
-Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting leads and potential clients via phone and email to schedule appointments for sales team.
-Perfect candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships and building rapport with potential clients in order to generate new leads and keep the sales pipeline full.
-The right candidate must be able to introduce and market the products to clients when necessary
-Perfect candidate will have an effective follow up system and work closely with sales team
