Job Description

We are seeking a Video & Photography Specialist to create high-quality visual content that showcases our premium products. The ideal candidate is a proactive visual storyteller with strong creative and technical skills, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photography for social media, eCommerce, paid ads, and product training.

YouTube & Social Media: Manage and optimize video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling visual campaigns and trend-driven content.

Production & Equipment Management: Maintain and operate professional video/photo equipment, ensuring top-tier quality.

Performance Optimization: Analyze content engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in videography, photography, and post-production.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects), video editing software, and camera equipment.

Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, social media, and branded content.

Preferred: Experience with motion graphics, UGC collaboration, and eCommerce content.

Physical & Travel Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., set up equipment, and travel up to 30%.
