    Position Summary

    Responsible for capturing, producing, and editing a variety of video content, including testimonials, educational programs, vlogs, event coverage, and scouting videos. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling skills, and the technical expertise to bring concepts to life in a visually compelling way.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Video Production:
      • Capture compelling video content in various environments, including studio settings, on-location shoots, and live events.
      • Operate and manage video cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment to ensure optimal production quality.
    • Post-Production Mastery:
      • Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos, incorporating color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
      • Craft narratives through precise cuts, pacing, and the integration of music and audio elements, using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
    • Creative Development:
      • Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and develop video concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.
      • Contribute to shot lists and visual strategies to enhance storytelling and engagement.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Maintain and troubleshoot all video production equipment, ensuring readiness and reliability for every shoot.
      • Keep up-to-date with the latest video production technologies, techniques, and trends, integrating new approaches into your workflow.
    • Project Management:
      • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
      • Organize and archive footage and project files systematically for easy access and future use.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
      • Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure the creative vision is realized.
      • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and deliver on expectations.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
    • Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
    • Passion for storytelling and visual communication.
    • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • A keen eye for visual aesthetics and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
    • Eagerness to learn and grow, staying current with industry trends and techniques.

    Education & Experience

    • 3-5 years of professional experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing a range of work from concept to completion.
    • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
