Responsibilities: • Perform routine and repetitive tasks with willingness and dedication • Meet or exceed plant production standards consistently • Maintain high-quality standards while meeting production goals • Demonstrate dependability in all tasks • Be flexible in scheduling based on workload demands • Take pride in the quality of work performed • Collaborate effectively with team members • Follow instructions accurately • Quickly grasp technical and mechanical aspects of the job role • Expertly remove stains from both dry-cleaned and laundered garments • Organize and prepare all dry-cleaned items for the utility and pants stations • Handle loading, unloading, and staging of laundered items, including shirts • Ensure smooth production flow with a first-in, first-out approach to item organization • Keep workstations clean and orderly at all times • Monitor and restock station supplies like stain removal products and detergents • Conduct regular inventory checks to facilitate timely supply replenishment • Perform minor maintenance on equipment, such as boards, to keep operations running smoothly • Provide training to colleagues as needed for backup support, particularly during absences Qualifications: • Attention to detail is crucial for this position • Working well as a team is a must • Respect towards other team members is essential • Assisting and supporting other team members when needed is required • While experience with dry cleaning machines and other equipment is beneficial, it is not mandatory as training will be provided • Dependability, flexibility, and taking pride in one's work are key requirements • This position values someone who can maintain positive relationships with colleagues and has a persuasive yet cooperative personality • A positive attitude, willingness to collaborate with the team, and readiness to help wherever necessary are highly valued Compensation: $25 hourly
