Job Description:

Position Overview: As an Experienced Vinyl Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the production and installation of retail displays and pop-up installations. Your expertise in vinyl products, combined with your technical skills, will ensure that our clients receive top-quality visual merchandising solutions. You will collaborate with our design and production teams to create and implement eye-catching displays that meet our clients' specifications and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Vinyl Application: Expertly apply vinyl to various surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and fixtures. Ensure precision and attention to detail in every project.

Retail Displays and Pop-Ups: Work closely with the design team to produce and install retail displays and pop-up installations. Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality results that enhance the customer experience.

Artwork Processing: Utilize your technical skills to process existing artworks and designs from clientele.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of vinyl products, their properties, and best application practices. Stay updated on industry trends and new products.

Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all printed items, applications and installations. Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance and repair work on machinery as required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a vinyl installer, particularly in retail displays and pop-up installations.

Strong knowledge of vinyl products and their applications.

Solid understanding of artwork creation and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is highly desirable.

Excellent attention to detail and precision in vinyl application.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Physical stamina to handle the demands of vinyl installation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large format printing and cutting equipment.

Knowledge of other signage and display materials and techniques.

Certification or formal training in vinyl application and/or print.
