NYC DOB Expediter - Class 1 or Class 2, Filing Representative Expeditor - FT

Filing Representative Badge is Required - Do not apply if you do not have one.

Looking for an expediter to join the firm - Salary based upon experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: DOB (Department of Buildings)

Prepare and submit inspection documents related to HPD, DOB, FDNY, DOT

DOB Now Inspections: Schedule Construction, Plumbing, Electrical inspections.

DOB Permits PW 1, PW 2, PW 3, PW4, After hour variances

Records Room research: microfilm, block and lot, folder

Violations (AEU2, AEU20, Dismissals, Waivers)

Stop Work Orders, Partial Stop Work Orders

Required Items submission

Temporary and Final Certificates of Occupancy

Field Work includes Delivering documents to DOB, FDNY, DOT, HPD, Etc., present for inspections, walk-throughs, etc.

Office Work includes answering phones, client communication, filing out paperwork, data input, scheduling and organizing files, microsoft office experience.

Must have a flexible schedule -
