Responsibilities: • Reaching out to new leads within 5 minutes of them coming into our CRM • Have quality conversations with prospective home sellers that create a positive customer experience • Having phone conversations with leads who are potentially interested in selling a property, to find out if they are qualified and meet our company criteria • Maintaining a 70% or higher contact rate on all leads • Setting 2-4 qualified appointments with prospective sellers every day • Ensure that lead cadences are being followed on all un-contacted leads • Maintain long-term follow-up on leads • 20% minimum closing ratio on your set appointments Qualifications: • Conversational skills • Organizational skills • Works effectively with little to no direct supervision • Quick to learn new software and technology needed to complete the job • Speak English fluently • Effective communication skills over the phone Compensation: $1,000 - $1,300 monthly
