    Job Type: Remote, Philippines-Based
    Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

    About the Role:
    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support Kenneth, the CEO, in managing day-to-day operations, client interactions, and executive tasks. With at least 3 years of relevant experience , the ideal candidate will possess a bright, energetic personality and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is crucial in ensuring the CEO’s efficiency, fostering client relationships, and facilitating smooth communication across the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s communications, including managing emails and responding to inquiries.
    • Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and deadlines are prioritized effectively.
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports to support business development initiatives.
    • Manage and update CRM databases, ensuring accurate tracking of client information and sales progress.
    • Research prospective clients and partners, providing insights and recommendations for outreach.
    • Facilitate follow-ups on sales and partnership leads to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
    • Organize and manage virtual events or webinars to engage with clients and stakeholders.
    • Support internal operations by liaising with other departments on behalf of the CEO.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a sales/client engagement role.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
    • Bright, extroverted, and bubbly personality with a professional demeanor.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
    • Advanced proficiency in calendar management, email organization, and project coordination.
    • Self-motivated and highly reliable, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs.
