We have an immediate opening for a Virtual BDC Agent - Outbound. This full-time, non-exempt position handles outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• 1 Call both Sales and Service lists for dealerships

• 2 Call customers for equity mining and retention purposes

• 3 Call OnStar customers with the diagnostic notifications

Skills, Experience and Education required:

1. Must have at least 1 year of Auto BDC experience or Call Center experience. Automotive experience is highly preferred!
2. Demonstrated ability to be a GREAT communicator
3. Proper phone etiquette
4. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Various Schedules Available:

Monday through Thursday: 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST or 10:00AM - 9:00PM EST

Tuesday through Friday: 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST or 10:00AM - 9:00PM EST

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday: 8:00AM - 7:00PM EST or 10:00AM - 9:00PM EST

Monday through Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST

Monday through Friday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM EST

Monday through Friday: 12:00PM - 9:00PM EST
