Job Description
_ POSITION PURPOSE_
The Virtual Design and Construction (VDC)/Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager will lead the virtual design and construction process for our mission-critical data center projects. Managing BIM workflows, ensuring coordination between all trades, and optimizing design and construction processes through advanced modeling technologies. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, hyperscale data center facilities for leading clients.

Qualifications
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES**
Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost estimation tools.
Knowledge of clash detection, 4D/5D modeling, and coordination workflows.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
