Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced VDI Specialist to optimize the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and implement Outlook integration in a non-persistent desktop environment at Barksdale AFB. The role involves conducting assessments, implementing FSLogix, configuring Instant Clone desktop pools, and providing documentation and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities: • Evaluate and optimize the existing VDI environment. • Implement solutions for Outlook offline data file (.ost) management. • Configure FSLogix and Instant Clone desktop pools. • Deliver project reports, updated topology diagrams, and quick reference guides. • Collaborate with government personnel and vendors. Qualifications: • 5+ years of VDI experience, including FSLogix and Instant Clone configuration. • Familiarity with Outlook integration in non-persistent environments. • Strong technical and documentation skills (Visio, IP schema design). • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
