With 20-30 active dealer accounts under your guidance, your expertise will directly impact their success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    CRM Proficiency

    • Train dealers on CRM functionalities, including data entry, lead qualification, routing, and reporting.
    • Ensure CRM data integrity through accurate and timely entries.
    • Implement best practices to enhance lead capture and conversion.

    Lead Management

    • Coach dealers on prompt response times, personalized communication, and effective follow-up strategies.
    • Guide dealers in lead qualification and prioritization of high-value opportunities.
    • Monitor lead response times, identifying areas for improvement.

    Sales Growth

    • Develop strategies with dealers to improve close rates and boost revenue.
    • Analyze CRM data to uncover sales trends, opportunities, and progress towards goals.
    • Provide personalized coaching to address challenges and achieve results.

    Dealer Relationships

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with sales managers, salespeople, and service advisors.
    • Offer ongoing support to ensure successful CRM adoption and utilization.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, championing each dealer’s success.

    Training & Development

    • Create and deliver engaging training materials and presentations on CRM and sales techniques.
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions to review performance and provide actionable feedback.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and sales.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a CRM Coach, Sales Trainer, or a related role within the automotive industry (required).
    • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and their application in automotive sales.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • A professional home office environment suitable for client interactions and video training recordings.
    • Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
