Key Responsibilities:
CRM Proficiency
- Train dealers on CRM functionalities, including data entry, lead qualification, routing, and reporting.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through accurate and timely entries.
- Implement best practices to enhance lead capture and conversion.
Lead Management
- Coach dealers on prompt response times, personalized communication, and effective follow-up strategies.
- Guide dealers in lead qualification and prioritization of high-value opportunities.
- Monitor lead response times, identifying areas for improvement.
Sales Growth
- Develop strategies with dealers to improve close rates and boost revenue.
- Analyze CRM data to uncover sales trends, opportunities, and progress towards goals.
- Provide personalized coaching to address challenges and achieve results.
Dealer Relationships
- Build and nurture strong relationships with sales managers, salespeople, and service advisors.
- Offer ongoing support to ensure successful CRM adoption and utilization.

Training & Development
- Create and deliver engaging training materials and presentations on CRM and sales techniques.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM Coach, Sales Trainer, or a related role within the automotive industry (required).
