We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to provide essential support to our real estate team. This remote position will focus on offering basic real estate support to our Team. Your primary duties will include real estate listing onboarding and input in MLSs and company systems, creating MLS marketing materials with Canva, creating ad text for luxury real estate listings. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with various administrative tasks as required, including coverage on Agent Support activities, such as phone coverage, contract support, managing showing requests on our listings, and processing open house requests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in email management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities: • Field all incoming calls and route them as per the procedure during coverage hours • Assist with processing new real estate listings in our MLSs and company systems • Work with the marketing team for miscellaneous coverage and special projects as needed • Assist with contract creation and agent support during coverage hours. Qualifications: • Experience in Google Workspace • Technology Savvy • MLS Experience a plus • Real Estate experience is a BIG plus! • At least 1+ years of experience performing supportive duties • Strong organizational skills, communication/phone skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion • Experience with Canva is a PLUS! Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly
