    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Virtual Supervised Visitation Worker. In this role, you will facilitate and monitor virtual visitations between parents and children, ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about family reunification.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Facilitate and supervise virtual visitation sessions between parents and children.

    Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during visitations.

    Document visit details, interactions, and any notable observations in a timely and professional manner.

    Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

    Communicate effectively with families, legal representatives, and case managers as needed.

    Qualifications:

    Must be able to pass background checks conducted by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and Nebraska Correctional Facilities.

    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred).

    Experience working with families, children, or in a human services role is a plus.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to remain neutral, patient, and professional during emotionally charged situations.

    Proficient with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and basic computer skills.

    • $18 per hour

    Schedule :

    Flexible hours, ranging from 2-10 hours per week, depending on client needs.
