Our COO/Integrator is a high-level executive with strong internal communication skills and high emotional intelligence. We are looking for someone who can build trust with Gabe, our CEO, while making him better and protecting his time. Our candidate must be the brake to Gabe’s gas pedal!

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position of COO/Integrator requires you to be sensitive of and responsibly communicate privileged and confidential information. The job responsibilities of our COO/Integrator include:

Leadership, Management, Accountability

• Align with the organization’s vision, cascade it throughout the organization and execute upon it
• Create, reproduce and manage systems and processes both internally and externally
• Possess control, knowledge, organizational skills, and understanding future direction
• Manage all aspects of the day-to-day of the business, including the creation and management of key KPI’s.
• Manage the team; direct internal reports (Sr. Doctor, Sales Manager, Director of Operations and external direct reports (HR, IT, Compliance, Legal, Tax/Accounting)
• Lead, motivate, and retain top talent and collaborate on the hiring process with the CEO
• Responsible for innovation and training
• Lead and manage the external finance team
• Create long and short-term goals for the company vision

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 5–7-year executive leadership experience
• Experience within the regulated industry (i.e. HIPAA)
• Experience with and substantial growth mindset related to staff and practice locations
• Financial acumen
• Operational experience and leadership
• 4-year degree

Preferred

• Entrepreneurial
• COO in the regulatory industry

Desired

• Experience utilizing referral networks and collaborating with vendor partners
• Merger and acquisition experience
• MBA, CPA, JD
