Responsibilities: • Develop and execute an engaging visual arts curriculum tailored to students with diverse skill levels at Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center in Baltimore, MD. • Aim: Cultivate creativity and foster artistic expression in young individuals through innovative art programs. • Offer constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students to enhance their artistic abilities and skills effectively. • Goal: Support students' growth and development in their artistic journey by providing valuable mentorship. • Collaborate closely with fellow instructors to organize interdisciplinary projects and events that enrich students' arts education experience. • Purpose: Offer a comprehensive and well-rounded artistic learning environment for students. • Plan and manage art exhibitions to showcase students' work within the local community, celebrating their artistic achievements. • Objective: Recognize and honor the artistic accomplishments of students in a public setting. • Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the visual arts field to enhance teaching methodologies and provide cutting-edge knowledge to students. • Objective: Equip students with up-to-date skills and insights in the ever-evolving arts landscape.
