    Job Description

    The AdP HRL Department is seeking a Visual Arts/Videographer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content to support plant initiatives and projects. You will work closely with the HR and Anderson management team to develop creative and compelling videos that effectively communicate our brand, value proposition, and internal communications.

    ** Core Competencies**

    2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various tools and software related to visual arts, such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, graphic design programs, and other relevant technology.
    3. Visual Communication: The ability to effectively convey messages, emotions, and concepts through visual mediums, including a strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
    4. Collaboration: The capacity to work effectively in a team environment, interacting with different levels of associates and cultures within the BOSCH Group
    5. Adaptability: The flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and perform duties not listed in this description. The ability to learn and apply new skills as needed.
    6. Time Management: The skill to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
    7. Critical Thinking: The capability to analyze and evaluate visual arts projects, as well as to provide constructive feedback and make informed artistic decisions. Ability to make solid decisions based on data and desired results while using various resources to determine the best solution.
    8. Professionalism: Self-starter with the ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner, including strong communication skills, reliability, a customer-oriented mentality and a commitment to ethical and responsible artistic practices.
    9. Leadership: Ability to lead self and manage a team and delegate tasks as needed.

    Principle Responsibilities/Projects:

    • Lead plant communication: support plant communication structure utilizing various channels (Facebook, Bosch Connect, Plantwide Newsletter), support various requests for media and marketing needs
    • Lead communication team to develop and implement ideas to improve communication to associates. Facilitate development of content and publish the quarterly Inside AdP Newsletter
    • Create videos and post slides on Bosch’s TV visual communication system
    • Assist in preparation of Plantwide Meetings and presentations
    • Assist with leadership program: support tasks to coordinate (scheduling, sign-up, set up, etc) and facilitate leadership trainings and workshops (e.g. Mentor program, Leadership Excellence Forums)
    • Support for HRL associates and HR Business Partners as needed
    • Support identification of improvements and focus topics for area
    • Coordinate Associate Survey and feedback

    (It is not expected that students master each of the core competencies and responsibilities during their first rotation, but that they show an understanding of the principles and demonstrate that they possess the potential through future rotations to display and utilize each of the competencies listed.)

    Qualifications:
    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in related discipline
    • Minimum preferred overall GPA of at least 3.0
    •Able to complete multiple rotations: Fall 2024 & Spring 2025
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age

    Salary: $22.00+
    Housing Stipend of $2500 per rotation for Co-ops who attend school more than 50 miles away from Bosch Anderson.
