    Job Description

    As a highly skilled and creative visual content specialist, this role involves prepping, capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual assets to showcase our products across various channels, including marketing campaigns, product launches, packaging, events, websites, and advertising. Capturing the energy and vibrancy of our company culture during key meetings, trainings, and events will also be a central focus. With a passion for visual storytelling and exceptional technical expertise in photography and editing, you bring an eye for design that aligns seamlessly with brand identity and marketing goals. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-production environment, you excel under tight deadlines. Your project management skills ensure effective prioritization of tasks and resource allocation, allowing you to focus efforts on achieving key objectives. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Photography: * Capture professional-grade images of products (silo and lifestyle), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. * Capture the essence of our vibrant company culture by documenting the energy, connections, and shared moments at team meetings, events, and trainings, showcasing the essence of who we are. * Manage the setup of lighting, backgrounds, and other equipment for studio and on-location shoots.
    • Editing & Post-Production: * Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.) to enhance visual appeal. * Retouch and optimize images for use in digital, print, and packaging formats. * Ensure all assets meet technical specifications for web, social media, and print usage.
    • Pre-Production Planning: * Collaborate with the marketing and/or product teams to conceptualize creative visuals that align with campaign goals or project needs. * Develop pre-product plans that include project details, shot lists, product needs, equipment, and deliverables to ensure all aspects are executed smoothly.
    • Content Management: * Organize, catalog, and maintain a library of visual assets for easy access and usage across teams. * Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
    • Collaboration & Innovation: * Work closely with graphic designers, marketing team, and product teams to execute cohesive content strategies that meet project goals, expectations, and deliverables. * Stay updated on visual trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve content quality and creativity.
    • Project Management: * Schedule and manage multiple shoots, editing tasks, and deadlines to meet project timelines. * Adjust workflows and plans to accommodate evolving project requirements or feedback. * Address challenges such as technical issues, last-minute changes, or unforeseen delays with creative solutions.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Photography, Graphic Design, or similar field.
    • 2-3 years working for a power tool or power tool accessory company.
    • 3-5 years experience in product photography and editing.
    • Able and willing to work on-site.
    • Ability to work in both a PC and MAC environment.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar tools.
    • Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, and equipment used in product photography and video.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
    • Knowledge of SEO best practices for visual content.
    • Experience in e-commerce, marketing, or branding.
    • Understanding of latest trends in photography, corporate identity, and multimedia design.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once; and to shift priorities based on business needs.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
