Vitality Bowls Shift Leader Job Description:

Lead the team on daily operations, ensuring food is made accurately and in a timely manner.

Display a thorough knowledge of our recipes and communicate effectively with other staff– be a team player.

Have excellent customer service when processing their orders at the point-of-sale and taking phone orders.

Assist dissatisfied customers and ensure all customers are leaving happy.

Communicate with manager/owner on inventory status and employee performance.

Requirements:

Become food safety certified.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.

Experience as lead in food business

Job Type: Full and Part-Time Available, Mon - Sat work 4-5 days a week Combination of morning and evening shifts $13 - 13.50 per hour to start. Additional $4 - $7 per hour in tips.
