We are looking for a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team and help our clients achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

    Position Overview: As a Speech Therapist with Vitality Health Care, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.

    Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on assessment results.

    Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress towards treatment goals.

    Educate clients and their families about speech and language disorders and therapy techniques.

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.

    Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and client progress.

    Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy.

    Qualifications:

    Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

    Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey.

    Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.

    Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical or home care setting.

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
