    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Productivity Consultants are the first point-of-contact in response to customer telephone inquiries, e-mails, web tickets and voicemails. Our Productivity Consultants provide business users with educational and support services for their technology tools. Additionally, select Productivity Consultants may deliver coaching and training through webinars, or even live (on-site) sessions. To be a successful Productivity Consultant, you should be customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, be professional, and be able to learn at a fast pace.

    PRODUCTIVITY CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides outstanding service with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude
    • Schedules follow-up support calls to reinforce learning and enhance understanding
    • Displays excellent verbal and written communications
    • Communicates and coordinates with colleagues to deliver the answer
    • Operates capably in a fast-paced environment
    • Follows detailed instructions with consistency and accuracy
    • Adapts easily to rapid changes in requests, processes, and procedures
    • Acquires new technical, business, and customer service skills proactively
    • Conducts training, either live or virtual
    • Recognizes the human aspect of each customer's experience

    OPTIONAL USEFUL SKILLS:

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software
    • Possession of Technical training and/or industry certifications
    • Experience and/or education within the IT field
    • Experience training and/or teaching
    • Public speaking

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    HOURS

    During the first 90-days, the working hours for this position are 9:30 AM 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Once training is complete, alternative work schedules are established to address staffing as well as individual needs. We are a 24/7 help desk and offer a wide variety of schedule options including but not limited to the following:

    • Earlier Starting Shifts
    • Overnight Shifts
    • Weekend Shifts
