JOB DESCRIPTION
Productivity Consultants are the first point-of-contact in response to customer telephone inquiries, e-mails, web tickets and voicemails. Our Productivity Consultants provide business users with educational and support services for their technology tools. Additionally, select Productivity Consultants may deliver coaching and training through webinars, or even live (on-site) sessions. To be a successful Productivity Consultant, you should be customer-focused, have excellent communication skills, be professional, and be able to learn at a fast pace.

HOURS
During the first 90-days, the working hours for this position are 9:30 AM 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Once training is complete, alternative work schedules are established to address staffing as well as individual needs. We are a 24/7 help desk and offer a wide variety of schedule options including but not limited to the following:
