    HHA Requirements:

    • Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License is required
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
    • Travel to clients' homes within stated availability and travel radius
    • Must have a state-issued valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
    • Must maintain a working smartphone with cellular data access to use the required scheduling system
    • Current CPR Certification or satisfactory completion at orientation
    • Ability to conduct oneself with a positive and professional attitude, and demonstrate respect and compassion towards colleagues and clients
    • All employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or submit for a medical or religious exemption

    HHA Daily Responsibilities:

    • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulating, eating, and toileting) and homemaking according to the plan of care.
