    Job Description

    We are looking for high-potential and quality individuals to join Vivint. Our Upgrades Sales Team utilizes our proven sales process to ensure protection and peace of mind to all customers and homeowners nationwide.

    POSITION DETAILS:

    • Paid onsite Training: Mandatory Full-Time 3 weeks, Monday - Friday
    • Full-Time and Part-Time flexible schedules – must be able to commit to your schedule for 90 days
    • No Weekends!
    • Compensation: $12.50/hr + uncapped commission. (AVERAGE $50,000 - $70,000/YEAR)

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Our Customer Service Sales Representatives reach out to our existing customers to offer promotions and upgrades to their systems. Successful Specialists determine customer needs and provide a white-glove experience from start to finish.

    • Effective representatives are dedicated to providing value in all interactions both with our customers and internally. They can identify and handle interactions with others sensibly and empathetically.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Must be at least 18 years old

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    • Successfully pass an annual background check

    • Prior sales experience is a plus

    • Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
