APPOINTMENT SETTER / INSIDE SALES SETTER - SOLAR ENERGY
HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

Whether you’re an experienced appointment setter, or just starting out in your sales career, we have the training, support and upward mobility to help you take it to the next level.
In this sales-minded, customer-centric role, you will make outbound calls to current Vivint customers interested in receiving a quote on their home energy savings. You will have the opportunity to develop and flex your customer service and sales skills by asking meaningful questions enabling us to better serve our current customers and generate sales by scheduling on-site appointments.

- Compensation: HOURLY BASE PLUS COMMISSION: $12/hr plus a competitive commission structure with the potential of a $60K+ median income.
- Variety of shifts available. Hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Though we appreciate previous sales or call center experience, we provide comprehensive sales training and are always looking for entry-level candidates who are coachable and driven!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone demeanor
- Great listening skills and customer-focused sales approach
- Flexibility and versatility in problem analysis and resolution
- Ability to stay composed and objective. Conversational, patient, and confident, with a positive attitude
- Competitive spirit and goal-oriented
- Complete and pass a pre-employment background check
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications. Ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our CRM system simultaneously
- Previous customer service, inside sales or call center experience is a major plus
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Drive new customer acquisition by utilizing persuasive sales techniques on outbound sales calls to qualify prospects
- Successfully completing our comprehensive sales training which includes product knowledge, salesmanship, and our software systems
- Promote and sell Vivint products and services by emphasizing product features based on customers’ needs
- Build rapport and connect with potential customers – aims to turn every call into a sales opportunity
- Consistently perform on a variety of key performance indicators including, exceeding sales goals and meeting quality assurance requirements
