    Currently we are looking for an experienced customer service specialist. The ideal candidate would be committed and willing to take responsibility as an valuable addendum to our team. We look forward to working with you in the near future.

    Position Summary:

    Answer customer inquiries through telephone calls or e-mail, problem-solve with customers with good customer service skill. Serve as the initial point of customer contact for issues within the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers.
    • Recognize individual customer service needs and provide resolutions at the first point of contact.
    • Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service.
    • Follow up with customers in a timely manner.
    • Send daily reports on phone calls to different E-Commerce groups in the company.
    • Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.
    • Collaborate with other departments to find appropriate solutions.
    • Let customers or clients know about additional products or services.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • At least 1 year of experience in sale/customer service
    • Experience working with E-commerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, or other websites
    • Basic knowledge of excel
    • Mandarin speaking is highly desired
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Can work independently and as a team
    • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
