    **Job Title: Inside Sales/Account Manager

    ** Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales/Account Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for inside sales client support, a deep understanding of process flow, RMA process and product knowledge.

    Responsibilities:

    • Response to sales inquiries from both phone calls and e-mails.
    • Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products. and solutions. Educate customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide accurate information regarding pricing and availability of in-stock.
    • Coordinate Project Registration process and demo cameras with sales Reps.
    • Work with RMA Dept. to make sure Return Merchandise Authorizations are being processed correctly and on time for clients.
    • Operate as the inside support for regional sales managers on all matters related to accounts within your territory. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Identify and grow opportunities with accounts under your management.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • B.A./B.S. degree in Business or related areas required.
    • Experience in related will be valued.
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP.
    • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
    • Meticulous and punctual.
    • Great organizational skills
    • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
    • Ideal candidate should demonstrate positive and eager attitude toward sales development and would like to pursue a career in this field.
    • Successful applicants will be asked to show proof that they can legally work in the US.
