Nova Technologies, a small business committed to collaboration and innovation, is seeking a skilled VoIP and Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our dynamic team. The initial project involves assisting with a nationwide rollout of VoIP telephones, guiding field technicians through on-site deployment, and handling any necessary cabling to activate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed technical support to field technicians for VoIP phone deployments.

Manage multiple ongoing projects efficiently.

Understand and implement low voltage cabling requirements.

Work collaboratively in an office setting with potential to transition to a hybrid on-site/remote role.

Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of low voltage cabling.

Ability to effectively communicate technical details to other technicians.

Strong project management skills.

Good understanding of computers and data networks.

Experience with VoIP and cabling is preferred.

Must be local to the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
