About the Role:

We are seeking a Chief Tech / Project Manager to join our team at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Louisville. This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects, ensuring quality and timely completion, and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee restoration projects from start to finish

Supervise and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support

Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client satisfaction

Coordinate with clients and insurance companies to provide updates and resolve any issues

Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in restoration or related field

Strong leadership and project management skills

Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

Certifications in restoration and water damage mitigation (IICRC, WRT, ASD) a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills
