    VOICE NETWORK ENGINEER

    We are looking for an experienced Voice Network Engineer skilled in managing and supporting both legacy and IP-based voice systems, including Nokia 5ESS, REDCOM HDX, Taqua T7000, and Metaswitch. This role focuses on maintaining seamless voice communication operations and troubleshooting complex network issues.

    Key Duties:

    • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various voice switching platforms (5ESS, HDX, Taqua T7000, Metaswitch) to ensure high availability.
    • Perform translations, routing updates, and provisioning for seamless call flow and emergency (911) routing.
    • Work with NOC and field teams to resolve voice network issues and support network migrations or decommissioning efforts.

    Key Skills:

    • Hands-on experience with Nokia 5ESS, REDCOM HDX, Taqua T7000, and Metaswitch platforms.
    • Strong understanding of SIP, SS7, and TDM protocols for hybrid network environments.
    • Skilled in using tools like Wireshark and SIP message analysis for diagnosing voice and network issues.
    • Experience working closely with NOC, field teams, and end-users to provide effective solutions and ensure network reliability.
