What You'll Do:

• Use Photoshop and Lightroom to retouch and perfect individual and group portraits.
• Correct blemishes, glare, imperfections, and ensure consistent color and lighting across all photos.
• Select, edit, color-correct, and prepare images for print, ensuring every shot meets our high standards.
• Address and fix any images flagged for quality concerns by the Packaging Department.
• Maintain a strong understanding of production schedules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with peers and management in a respectful and open environment.
• Keep up the pace by retouching an average of 15+ images per hour.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with Photoshop and Lightroom.
