Volunteer Supervisor
Job Overview: Plans and executes volunteer onboarding process, coordinates volunteers placement for weekly services and monitors their growth. Will work closely with the Praise and Worship Manager in the handling of volunteer activities including but not limited to: auditions, rehearsals, onboarding classes, team nights, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaison between Praise and Worship department and Volunteers Department
Prepares Monthly Reports to Praise and Worship Manager and Director of all Volunteers.
Maintain a current record of new and existing volunteers and provide due follow up until they are ready to serve
Coordinates and supervises all onboarding experiences and logistics for new volunteers
Responsible for all on onboarding experiences and logistics for new volunteers
Organize logistics for recruiting new volunteer and audition process
Provides new volunteers with manuals, guidelines, handbooks and passwords, as needed (access to PCO)
Work alongside each section leader to monitor volunteers growth and over all progress
Sends monthly reports to the Praise & Worship manager of volunteer progress.
Responsible for communicating important information to volunteers via Email or Chats
Helps coordinate Rehearsal Schedules and Logistics
Provide reports of registrations and enrollment for all induction classes and any other speciality classes.
Contact person for all legal agreements for the P&W ministry and department when pertaining to the volunteers
Organize logistics for volunteer team nights and volunteer activities
Handles administrative aspects of PCO including rehearsals, uniforms, setlist, profiles, and service plans
Prepares internal/external recruitment calendar, agendas, and meetings
Will be required to work in different capacities as needed for Ministry events and conferences
May require local, national or international travel
Other duties as assigned

Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent administrative skills
Proficient in Google and Microsoft applications
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Education and/or Experience Requirements
One year certificate from college or technical school; or two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
