Getting to Know the Opportunity:

This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) Entry Level Analyst Program. This program, which will begin in July 2025, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your career in your respective fields while gaining hands-on experience and formal development and training. Voya Investment Management is seeking an Equity Research Associate to join its Fundamental Equity investment team. This Entry-Level role will support the investment team with portfolio analyst responsibilities and gain exposure to the full equity research lifecycle. ****_**Please Note:** This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. _

The Contributions You'll Make:

• Work alongside the Senior Analyst to conduct company and industry research
• Analyze, synthesize present relevant data from industry conferences, company earnings calls and sell-side research reports
• Create and update financial models
• Perform other related duties, as assigned

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

• Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2024/Spring 2025
• BA/BS with a strong academic record
• Relevant internships in Investment Management or related Finance fields preferred
• Coursework in Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and prior experience with financial modeling preferred
• Bloomberg experience preferred
• Passion for Finance and demonstrated interest in investing/stock market
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter, strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
