CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Our consultancy is looking for highly motivated and talented consultants. We are looking for peak performers who have a passion for business, a joy in solving problems and a work ethic that doesn't rest until the job is done. Ideal candidates would possess 3-5 years in change management, including previous client-facing consulting experience. Must be willing to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies in compliance with client’s change management methodologies (Prosci) in order to drive adoption of new business processes and technology solutions
- Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current organizational culture, project objectives, and success criteria
- Develop project strategies and actionable plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, risk mitigation, recommendations, and end-user training
- Execute plans in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the proposed business and/or technology transformation
- Create and apply change management measurement methods in order to track utilization, adoption, change management efficacy and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Create presentations, reports and other deliverables for clients related to change management findings, strategy and recommendations
- Provide thought-leadership related to maturing client’s organizational change management governance, practices, processes and tools.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Previous consulting and/or client-facing experience preferred
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools; Prosci® change management certification preferred
- Strong facilitation skills, and solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to both develop and implement transformational/change strategies
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Familiarity with contact center environments and supporting customer experience efforts a plus
- Familiarity with survey design, tools and analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with process definition and documentation is a plus
COMPENSATION
- Total cash compensation (base plus bonus) for this role is targeted to be in the $70-85k range annually. In addition, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. retirement benefits and vacation benefits are provided.
