Case Aide Specialist, SVO Statewide Arizona Voyager Industries LLC - Tucson, AZ $13 - $15 an hour - Full-time, Part-time, Commission CASE SPECIALIST POSITION DESCRIPTION Voyager Industries, LLC POSITION: Case Specialist CLASSIFICATION: P/T or Full-time, $15 hourly with possible commission. Voyager has open full and part-time positions throughout Arizona. Offices are located in Phoenix, Tucson, Casa Grande, Yuma, Bullhead, and Prescott. SPECIFIC DUTIES/ ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Must be 21 years or older. Position that is responsible for providing transportation for children to and supervised visits as well as supervising the visit itself. Responsible for documentation of supervised visit with parents and children. Families are DCS referred, requiring weekly visitation. Visit facilitators must be available to provide services during late afternoons/evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of the families, and must be accessible by telephone twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week for emergencies. This position reports to the Case Specialist Supervisor. Transportation: Must be reliable, Vehicle must be smoke free. Employees must obtain proof of insurance and current vehicle registration. SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to facilitate communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of boundary dynamics. Willingness to learn Family Centered Practice; documentation practices, Family dynamics; shared parenting; and treatment philosophies of family-based Services Ability to relate to relate well with families of varied lifestyles, backgrounds and Ethnicities. Good verbal and written ability to document supervised visit. Good verbal and written communication including grammatical skills to write required Documentation. Ability to work as a independently and as ateam member in a team environment No at fault accident, DUI and no more than 1 moving violation within the last 5 years. Obtain a contracted case aide certificate EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High school diploma or higher degree.
